1. How long is it? Does it come with the mounting bracket?

This is just the whip. It is 62.5” long. If you are looking for something with mounting options, I would recommend one of the below items.

2. Is it flexiable

Its stainless steel so its reasonably flexible.

3. Does it come with the threaded base to attach to my wilson 1000 magnetic base?

No, this is a replacement whip only.

4. Does this whip anttena have a 3/8x24 standard thread

This is only the whip. The antenna has a separate part that this antenna slides into (it is held inplace with set screws). The original antenna does have the standard thread.

5. Will this type of antenna work with a Uniden pc78xl?

This is just a whip. You would need coax, a coil/mount and a whip.

6. This is just the stick right? It is only that i need for my wilson 5000
